Clinical Efficacy of Electromyographic Biofeedback in the Treatment of Common Peroneal Nerve Injury and its Effect on Lower Limb Function

摘要 目的分析肌电生物反馈治疗腓总神经损伤患者临床疗效及对下肢功能的影响。方法样本时间:2018年1月-2019年1月期间,样本来源:该院收治的92例腓总神经损伤患者一般临床资料进行分析,分别设为对照组与观察组,每组46例,对照组给予基础治疗,观察组进行基础治疗+肌电生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后下肢运动功能评分,神经功能愈合优良率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%,对照组为76.09%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组患者下肢运动功能评分与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者下肢运动功能评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者神经功能愈合优良率为97.83%,对照组为78.26%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈治疗腓总神经损伤患者临床效果显著,且可显著改善其下肢功能,应用价值值得进一步推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electromyographic biofeedback on common peroneal nerve injury and its influence on lower limb function.Methods Sample time:From January 2018 to January 2019,sample source:92 patients with common peroneal nerve injury in our hospital were analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,while the observation group was given basic treatment plus EMG biofeedback treatment.The two groups were compared.The total effective rate of treatment,motor function score of lower limbs before and after treatment,excellent rate of nerve function healing.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%and that of the control group was 76.09%.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lower limb motor function score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the patients in the observation group had no significant difference(P>0.05).The motor function score of lower limbs was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of nerve function healing in the observation group was 97.83%,while that in the control group was 78.26%.The observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion EMG biofeedback therapy is effective in treating common peroneal nerve injury,and can significantly improve the lower limb function.Its application value is worthy of further promotion.
