稀释式自体输血联合温度管理对老年下肢骨折患者免疫及术后恢复的影响

Effect of Dilution Autotransfusion Combined with Temperature Manage-ment on Immunity and Postoperative Recovery in Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的对比分析稀释式自体输血联合温度管理对老年下肢骨折患者免疫及术后恢复的影响。方法从该院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的老年下肢骨折患者中随机挑选75例为该次研究的参考样本。根据就诊的先后顺序,将上述75例患者划分为两个组别,即研究组(n=39例)和对照组(n=36例)。给予对照组患者单一的稀释式自体输血治疗,给予研究组患者稀释式自体输血联合温度管理治疗。分别对比两组患者的免疫力情况和并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者的嗜中性粒细胞、白细胞总量、辅助T细胞/抑制T细胞等指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年下肢骨折患者进行稀释式自体输血联合温度管理治疗,有助于改善老年患者的免疫能力,减少并发症,改善预后效果,值得在临床上大力推广和应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the effects of dilution autotransfusion combined with temperature management on immunity and postoperative recovery in elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 75 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the reference samples of this study.According to the order of admission,the above 75 patients were divided into two groups:study group(n=39 cases)and control group(n=36 cases).Patients in the control group were given a single dilution autotransfusion therapy and patients in the study group were given a combination of dilution autotransfusion and temperature management therapy.The immunity and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of neutrophils,total white blood cells,helper T cells/inhibitory T cells and other indicators in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dilution autotransfusion combined with temperature management can improve immunity,reduce complications and improve prognosis in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
