以高校外教为对象的一对一汉语教学研究

摘要 针对外教的一对一汉语教学具有较强的现实意义及研究价值,与之相关的调研、课程设计、教材编排等问题需要引起重视。结合个人实践经验和面向学习者的访谈就高校内面向外教的一对一教学提出3点建议:首先,应提高实习教师准入门槛;其次,应充分了解学习者需求,共同商定教学计划;最后,进行有针对性的教学设计,合理安排并利用有限的教学时间。 In view of the teachers of one to one Chinese teaching has strong practical significance and research value of the related research,course design,teaching arrangements and other issues that need to be taken seriously.Combined with personal experience and geared to the needs of the learner's interview is one to one teaching of the university for foreign teachers in three Suggestions:first,should improve student teacher admittance threshold;Second,should fully understand the learnersx needs,teaching plan agreed;Again,the targeted teaching design,reasonable arrangement and use of limited teaching time.
