中药在呼吸道黏膜抗流感病毒免疫应答中的作用研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in immune response of respiratory mucosa against influenza virus infection

流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染。上呼吸道黏膜是宿主抵御外邪入侵的第一道防线,同时也是流感病毒入侵机体的首选部位,呼吸道黏膜在流感病毒入侵之后发挥着重要的防御作用。中药治疗流感疾病有着广泛的应用和显著的疗效,其中不乏通过干预呼吸道黏膜免疫应答功能来起作用。本文就流感病毒对上呼吸道黏膜免疫系统的影响和中药对其干预作用进行了综述。

Influenza is an acute respiratory infection caused by influenza virus.The upper respiratory tract mucosa is the first line of defense against host invasion,and it is also the preferred site for influenza virus invasion.The respiratory mucosa plays an important role in defense against influenza virus invasion.Traditional Chinese medicine has a wide range of applications and significant effects in the treatment of influenza.Among them,there are many drugs for treating influenza by intervening in the respiratory mucosal immune response function.This article reviews the effects of influenza virus on the upper respiratory mucosal immune system and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on mucosal immune system.
