660MW火力发电机支撑结构动力性能研究

摘要 针对新型汽轮发电机基础运行安全性做出评价,以实际电厂汽轮发电机基础为背景进行10∶1的缩尺模型制作,并通过激振法对该模型进行结构动力特性测试以及模态分析,从而得到基础模型的自振频率、振型、阻尼比;通过LMS软件对上述参数进行分析,预测出模型的强迫振动反应,在启动过程中扰力点最大线位移23.4μm,在工作范围内最大线位移17.31μm。试验结果表明,该新型汽轮发电机基础动力特性满足《动力机器基础设计规范》的要求,同时,通过锤击法对模型的轴承座进行动刚度测试并进行分析,以较为严格的设计要求为标准,其结果表明该基础结构设计安全合理,机组在运行过程中安全性可以得到保障。 In order to evaluate the operation safety of the new turbo generator foundation,a 10:1 scale model is made based on the actual turbo generator foundation of the power plant,and the structural dynamic characteristics test and modal analysis are carried out for the model through the excitation method,so as to obtain the natural frequency,mode shape and damping ratio of the foundation mode.The above parameters are analyzed and predicted through LMS software.In the forced vibration response of the model,the maximum linear displacement of the disturbance point is 23.4μm in the starting process and 17.31μm in the working range.The test results show that the dynamic characteristics of the new turbo generator foundation meet the requirements of the code for design of power machine foundation.At the same time,the dynamic stiffness of the bearing pedestal of the model is tested and analyzed by the hammering method.The results show that the design of the foundation structure is safe and reasonable,and the safety of the unit can be guaranteed in the operation process.
