踝部骨折患者的治疗及护理措施研究与分析

Study and Analysis on the Treatment and Nursing Measures of Patients with Ankle Fracture

目的探究踝部骨折患者接受手术治疗期间辅以围术期护理干预的应用效果。方法该次研究选择2018年1月-2019年5月该院收治踝部骨折患者84例作为观察目标,均采取手术治疗,根据患者入院时间先后分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者辅以常规护理,观察组患者辅以围术期护理,记录并计算各组患者术后发生并发症的概率,评估并分析各组患者护理前后生活质量评分差异,对比各组患者对此次护理服务的满意情况。结果观察组患者术后发生并发症的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者未接受护理干预前,生活质量评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理干预后,观察组生理质量评分(21.24±1.03)分、心理质量评分(22.03±1.12)分、活动能力评分(22.34±0.89)分、独立能力评分(21.94±1.22)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者对此次护理服务的满意度更高。结论踝部骨折患者接受手术治疗期间辅以围术期护理干预能够有效减少术后并发症,提高患者生活质量及满意度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on ankle fracture patients during operation.Methods This selected in this study,84 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation target.They were all treated by surgery.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission.Patients in control group were assisted by routine nursing,while patients in observation group were assisted by perioperative nursing.The occurrence and complication of each group were recorded and calculated.The probability of onset,the difference of quality of life score before and after nursing in each group were evaluated and analyzed,and the satisfaction of each group to this nursing service was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before and after nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of physiological quality(21.24±1.03)points,psychological quality(22.03±1.12)points,activity ability(22.34±0.89)points,independence ability(21.94±1.22)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service.Conclusion During the operation period of ankle fracture patients with perioperative nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative complications,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of application.
