门诊糖尿病足患者开展健康教育的探讨

Discussion on Health Education for Outpatients with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨门诊糖尿病足患者开展健康教育的效果。方法以2018年1月-2019年1月来该门诊接受治疗的50例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,根据就诊的先后顺序将50例糖尿病足患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组25例患者。对对照组25例糖尿病足患者实施常规的护理干预,对治疗组25例糖尿病足患者在实施常规护理干预的基础上加施健康教育,对比对照组、治疗组患者糖尿病足的各项指标,判断常规护理干预与健康教育对门诊糖尿病足患者的影响。结果在背动脉搏动的正常水平方面,治疗组患者明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在足部压力觉的水平方面,治疗组患者明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在皮肤温度觉的方面,治疗组患者明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊糖尿病足患者开展健康教育具有一定程度上的重要性,可改善糖尿病足患者的病情,缓解其症状,提升其生活质量水平,因此应该在临床实践中对健康教育进行重视与推广。

Objective To explore the effect of health education for outpatients with diabetic foot.Methods 50 outpatients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of treatment,25 patients in each group.25 cases of diabetic foot patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,25 cases of diabetic foot patients in the treatment group were given health education on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The indexes of diabetic foot patients in the control group and the treatment group were compared,and the effects of routine nursing intervention and health education on outpatients with diabetic foot were judged.Results In terms of the normal level of dorsal artery pulsation,patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of the level of foot pressure sense,patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of skin temperature sense,patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education for outpatients with diabetic foot is important to some extent.It can improve the condition of diabetic foot patients,relieve their symptoms and improve their quality of life.Therefore,health education should be emphasized and promoted in clinical practice.
