糖尿病足部感染患者病原菌检验与耐药性分析

摘要 目的检验糖尿病足部感染患者的病原菌,并分析其耐药性。方法随机选取2018年5月-2019年4月于该院治疗的60例糖尿病足部感染患者作为研究对象,并采取回顾性分析,研究所有患者病原菌情况,基于此探讨抗生素药物的耐药性。结果通过结果分析得出:60例患者中检验出的病原菌大于2株的有40例,足部合并感染概率为66.67%。共计检出67株病原菌,主要是革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌,其中,阳性占据其67.16%,阴性占据32.84%。耐药性通过分析表明:对于万古霉素和替考拉宁两类药物金葡菌存有100.00%的敏感率,显著高于其他抗生素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于美罗培南、亚胺培南两类药物大肠埃希菌则存有100.00%的敏感率,高于其他抗生素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而肠球菌在所有抗生素中分析出的敏感率并无变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于美罗培南、亚胺培南两类抗生素肺炎克雷伯菌具有85.71%的敏感率,高于其他抗生素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相同的,铜绿假单胞菌对于两类药物也具有良好的敏感率(80.00%),显著高于其他抗生素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该文研究显示:糖尿病足部感染患者机体内会存留多类病原菌,并且,会存有许多的耐药菌,临床治疗时需检验患者耐药菌,为临床诊治提供切实可行的依据,并根据检验结果为患者选择适合的药物进行治疗,以此提高临床治疗效果。 Objective Examine the pathogenic bacteria of diabetic foot infection patients and analyze their drug resistance.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot infection treated in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as research objects,and retrospective analysis was conducted to study the pathogenic bacteria of all patients,based on which the antibiotic resistance was discussed.Results Through the analysis of the results,it was found that among the 60 patients,there were 40 cases with more than 2 strains of pathogenic bacteria detected,and the probability of foot co-infection was 66.67%.A total of 67 pathogenic bacteria were detected,mainly gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria,of which 67.16%were positive and 32.84%were negative.Analysis of drug resistance showed that the sensitivity rate of staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin and tecolanin was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of other antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity rate of escherichia coli to meropenem and imipenem was 100.00%,higher than that of other antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no change in the sensitivity rate of enterococcus in all antibiotics,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity rate of meropenem and imipenem to klebsiella pneumoniae was85.71%,higher than that of other antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Similarly,pseudomonas aeruginosa also had a good sensitivity rate(80.00%)for the two classes of drugs,significantly higher than other antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this paper,research shows that:the infection of diabetic foot patients may be saved many kind of pathogenic bacteria in the body,and also have a lot of drug-resistant bacteria,inspection is required for a clinical patients with drug-resistant bacteria,provide feasible basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and according to the inspection results to choose suitable drugs to treat patients,in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
