摘要
目的以80例踝关节骨折患者为例,探讨康复护理在踝关节骨折术后护理中的应用效果。方法将该院在2018年3月-2019年3月收治的踝关节骨折患者80例纳入研究,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予康复护理,对比两组护理效果。结果(1)术后3个月,观察组踝关节功能优良率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组Baird-Jackson评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,两组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理应用于踝关节骨折术后护理中,可降低并发症发生率,促进踝关节功能恢复,对于改善患者预后运动功能及生存质量有着积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in post-operative nursing of ankle fracture,taking 80 cases of ankle fracture as an example.Methods 80 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.Three months after operation,the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in observation group was 87.50%,higher than 67.50%in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Baird-Jackson score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 25.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of ankle function,and improve the prognosis,motor function and quality of life of patients.
