推疣法联合CO2激光治疗跖疣的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficay Observation on Pushing Wart Combined with CO2 Laser in the Treatment of Verruca Plantaris

目的观察推疣法联合CO2激光治疗跖疣的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月收治的148例跖疣将患者随机分为治疗组(推疣法联合CO2激光治疗)、对照组(单纯使用CO2激光治疗),治疗后6周进行随访,通过对比分析判断疗效。结果2组痊愈率和有效率分别为88.16%、97.36%,63.89%、80.56%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论推疣法联合CO2激光治疗跖疣简便安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the pushing wart Combined with CO2 laser in the Treatment of verruca plantaris.Methods 148 patients admitted from march 2017 to March 2018,The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Treatment Group(pushing wart combined with CO2 laser)and the control group(CO2 laser alone).After 6 weeks,the two groups were followed up,and the efficacy was judged by comparative analysis.Results The cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were 88.16%,97.36%,63.89%and 80.56%respectively.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The pushing wart Combined with CO2 laser is effective and simple in the Treatment of verruca plantaris.
