循证护理用于下肢骨折护理中对下肢静脉血栓等并发症的影响

The Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on the Complications of Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremity Fracture

目的研究分析循证护理用于下肢骨折护理中对下肢静脉血栓等并发症的影响。方法于2018年9月-2019年9月该院接收的下肢骨折患者102例,作为此次研究之中的观察主体。根据患者入院就诊单双号,予以对照研究,其中就诊单号纳入常规组;就诊双号纳入研究组。每个组51例。常规组行常规基础护理,研究组行循证护理。结果研究组并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组下床时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于常规组,而满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够帮助下肢骨折患者有效预防下肢静脉血栓等并发症,而且患者满意度高、康复快,值得在临床中大力推荐。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications of lower extremity vein thrombosis.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,102 patients with lower extremity fracture were admitted to our hospital as the main observation subjects in this study.According to the double number of the patient’s admission form,a comparative study was carried out,in which the number of the visit form was included in the routine group and the double number of the visit was included in the study group.51 cases in each group.The routine group received routine basic nursing and the study group received evidence-based nursing.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of getting out of bed,the time of fracture healing and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than that in the routine group,while the satisfaction score was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can help patients with lower extremity fractures to effectively prevent complications such as lower extremity venous thrombosis,and patients with high satisfaction and fast recovery,which is worthy of great recommendation in clinical practice.
