优质护理服务对下肢临床护理防治静脉血栓研究

Study on the Prevention and Treatment of Venous Thrombosis by High-quality Nursing Service in Clinical Nursing of Lower Limbs

目的探讨下肢临床护理工作为防治静脉血栓应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法现将2018年8月-2019年8月该院骨科急诊收治的92例患者作为调查对象,按照患者入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用优质护理服务,对照组实施常规临床护理方案。对比两组患者经过护理后的临床资料,进行回顾性分析,得出相关结论。结果两组患者经过治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者应用优质护理服务,能够有效缓解患者病症恶化情况,预防下肢静脉血栓的形成,改善预后,显著提升患者生活质量,建议在临床医学护理方案上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing of lower extremities in the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis.Methods 92 patients in emergency orthopaedic department of our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission.The observation group was given high-quality nursing service,while the control group was given routine clinical nursing program.The clinical data of the two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed retrospectively,and the relevant conclusions were drawn.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service can effectively alleviate the deterioration of patients’symptoms,prevent the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis,improve the prognosis,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It is recommended to promote the application of clinical medical nursing programs.
