微型外固定支架固定治疗儿童第1掌骨基底部骨折

Micro-external fixation for treatment of the basilar part fracture of the first metacarpus in children

2015年2月~2018年9月,我们采用闭合复位微型外固定支架固定治疗15例第1掌骨基底部骨折患儿,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组15例,男9例,女6例,年龄8~14岁。Green-O′Brien骨折分型:Ⅰ型(Bennett骨折)6例,Ⅲ型(关节外骨折)9例。Salter-Harris骨骺损伤分型:Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型2例。均为闭合骨折。伤后至手术时间为2~5 d。
