郑州航空港区产业价值链重构的动因与方式——基于全球价值链视角

The Motives and Ways of Reconstructing the Industrial Value Chain of Zhengzhou Airport Area——From the Perspective of Global Value Chain

随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,区域性经济合作日益加深,郑州航空港已成为中部经济区协同发展的重要纽带。文章对全球价值链重构相关研究进行梳理,从“基础性动力、内生性动力、外源性动力”三个维度对郑州航空港产业价值链重构的动因进行研究,由此对郑州航空港区的三大主导产业的重构方式给出以下建议:航空物流业应着力于完善制度环境、优化物流信息系统、完善服务网络体系,高端制造业应完善市场准入制度、加速产业转型、引进高端人才,现代服务业要加快实现产业内部的横向升级和整体纵向升级并推动生产性服务业的发展。

With the accelerating process of economic globalization,regional economic cooperation has been deepened,Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone has become an important link in the central economic zone.Firstly,the article sorts out the research on global value chain,and studies the motivation of the global value chain reconstruction of Zhengzhou Airport Industry from the three dimensions of“basic power,endogenous power and exogenous power”.Suggestions are given for the reconstruction of the three leading industries:the aviation logistics industry should focus on improving the institutional environment,optimizing the logistics information system,and improving the service network system.The high-end manufacturing industry should improve the market access system,accelerate industrial transformation,and introduce excellent talents.The modern service industry should accelerate the horizontal upgrading and overall vertical upgrading within the industry and promote the development of the productive service industry.
