摘要
运用有限元软件进行三维建模,模拟分析不同施工方案对连续梁桥合龙阶段、拆除临时固结后、成桥阶段及成桥3年后主梁的位移和应力变化规律,并通过对比分析得出最优施工方案。模拟结果表明:在合龙阶段施工方案一和方案三对主梁竖向位移值影响小;采用施工方案一时,在连续梁桥合龙阶段、拆除临时固结后、成桥阶段主梁竖向位移值影响小;在各个阶段中,3种施工方案对桥梁应力的影响不大。研究结果可为连续梁桥成桥施工方案设计提供理论借鉴。
In this paper,the three-dimensional modeling was established by using finite element software to simulate and analyze the displacement and stress change laws of girder at the closure stage of continuous girder bridge,after the removal of temporary consolidation,at the completion stage and after 3 years of completion.Therefore,the optimal construction scheme was selected through comparative analysis.The simulation results show that:firstly,at the closure stage,the vertical displacement values of girder in construction scheme 1 and 3 have slight influence.Secondly,the vertical displacement value of girder has little effect at the closure stage of continuous girder bridge,after the removal of temporary consolidation,and at each completion stage,while applying construction scheme 1.Thirdly,the stress effect on bridge is hardly affected in these three construction schemes.The results of the study could provide theoretical reference for the design of completion construction scheme of continuous girder bridge.
