摘要
“粤派教育”理念的提出,是独特的岭南文化传承、提升文化自信的需要,是深化教师培训培养工作的需要,是学校教育内涵发展和区域教育质量提升的需要。基于“粤派教育”理念的粤派名师培养实践探索着力于三个“依托”,即依托“粤派教育高峰论坛”,扩大粤派教育影响;依托重大培训项目,培育粤派名师群;依托《粤派教育丛书》编写,提炼粤派教育特质。促进名师群落成长的机制创新,可以充分发挥培训基地的“孵化器”功能,助力名师成长,整体提升广东基础教育质量,打造南方教育高地。
The introduction of the term“Cantonese education”is the unique needs of Lingnan culture inheritance and improvement of cultural confidence,the needs of deepening teacher training,the needs of school education connotation development and regional education quality improvement.Based on the concept of“Cantonese school education”,the practice of cultivating famous teachers of the Cantonese school focuses on three backings:relying on the“Cantonese school education summit forum”to expand the influence of the Cantonese school education;relying on major training programs to cultivate famous teachers of Cantonese school;based on the compilation of the series of the Cantonese school education,the characteristics of the Cantonese school education are extracted.To promote the innovation of the growth mechanism of the famous teacher community can give full play to the incubating function of the training base,help the growth of famous teachers,improve the quality of basic education in Guangdong as a whole,and build the southern education highland.
