排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者中的应用

Application of Defecography in Patients with Functional Outlet Obstruction Constipation

为探讨排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者中的应用效果,对50例功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者进行排粪造影,测量其肛管长度、肛直角、肛上距、乙耻距或小耻距、骶直间距等影像学指标,分析引起功能性出口梗阻型便秘的原因。结果显示,直肠前突33例,直肠黏膜内脱垂30例,盆底肌痉挛14例,会阴下降23例。合并2种疾病者24例,合并3种疾病者13例。结果表明,排粪造影对功能性出口梗阻型便秘病因的诊断效果较好,而且操作简单、无创,具有临床推广价值。

To investigate the application efficacy of defecography in patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation,defecography was performed on 50 patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation,and the anal canal length,anorectal angle,distance between anorectal junction and pubococcygeal line,distance between sigmoid colon and pubococcygeal line or distance between small intestine and pubococcygeal line,and distance between sacrum and rectum were measured,of which imaging indicators were used to analyze the cause of functional outlet obstruction constipation.As results,there were 33 cases of rectocele,30 cases of rectal mucosal prolapse,14 cases of pelvic floor muscle spasm,and 23 cases of descending perineum.There were 24 patients with 2 lesions and 13 patients with 3 lesions.The results show that the defecography has a good diagnostic effect on the cause of functional outlet obstruction constipation,and it is simple and non-invasive,and it has clinical promotion value.
