家庭干预对炎症性肠病患者心理状况的影响

Influence of Family Intervention on the Mental Situation of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients

为探讨家庭干预对炎症性肠病患者心理状况的影响,选择2016年2月至2019年2月我院收治的110例炎症性肠病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受家庭干预。分别采用心理韧性量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价2组患者心理状况,并进行对比分析。结果显示,观察组患者心理韧性评分明显高于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对炎症性肠病患者实施家庭干预可提高其心理韧性,减轻其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,有利于提高护理质量。

This study was to explore the influence of family intervention on the mental situation of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients,enrolled 110 IBD patients treated in authors’hospital(2016-02-2019-02)and randomly divided them into control group(55 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(55 cases,routine nursing plus family intervention);then,evaluated both groups’patients’mental situation by using SAS,SDS,and mental tenacity scale(MTS),further,analysed the obtained data.As results,in MTS rating,in SAS rating and SDS rating observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that implementing family intervention of IBD patients can enhance their mental tenacity,relieve their negative emotion of anxiety and depression,thus is beneficial to uplift nursing quality.
