摘要
辅导员队伍的育人动能随着育人格局的沿革而不断发展,从“三育人”到“七育人”,再到“十育人”,辅导员与其他教育者的协同关系发生了深刻变化,辅导员的工作内容也相应不断调整优化。总体来看,辅导员的育人动能转换经历了四个基本阶段:原初动力阶段——对学生开展大一统的政治教育;动力增能阶段——开展多元化的学生思想帮扶;动能衰减阶段——事务性工作的暴增与核心工作的冲淡;动能转换阶段——思想理论教育和价值引领的回归等。
With the evolution of the educational pattern,the educational kinetic energy of the counselor team has been developing continuously,from"three-dimensional education"through"seven-dimensional education"and then to"ten-dimensional education".The collaborative relationship between the counselor and other educators has undergone profound changes,and the work content of the counselor has been adjusted and optimized accordingly.Generally speaking,there are four basic stages in counselor′s education kinetic energy transformation:the original motivation stage——the unification of political education for students;the motivation enhancement stage——the diversification of students′ideological assistance;the kinetic energy decaying stage——the surge of transactional work and the dilution of core work;the stage of kinetic energy transformation——the return of ideological and theoretical education and thereturn of leadingrole of value.
