不同贮藏条件和包装对防风饮片质量影响的研究

Study of Different Storage Conditions and Package on Saposhnikovia divaricate Slices

目的:确定防风饮片适合的贮藏条件、包装材料和包装方式,为饮片质量提升提供参考。方法:以聚乙烯塑料袋、铝塑复合袋、牛皮淋膜纸袋3种常用包装材料,采用真空和非真空方式包装,分别置于高温高湿和阴凉条件下,定期测定防风饮片在贮藏期性状、水分、升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷总量及浸出物等指标的变化情况,考察其对贮藏期防风饮片质量的影响。结果:不同贮藏条件和包装对防风饮片质量均有不同程度的影响。贮藏条件方面,防风饮片应置于阴凉干燥处;包装方面,非真空方式优于真空方式,防风饮片适合的包装为聚乙烯塑料袋非真空、铝塑复合袋非真空、牛皮淋膜纸袋,尤其以铝塑复合袋非真空最佳。结论:防风饮片的质量受温湿度影响较大,贮藏严格置于阴凉条件下,并采用铝塑复合袋非真空方式,暂定保质期为1年。此外,包装仓储环节是保障饮片质量的关键点,笔者对其未来发展方面提供几点建议,同时呼吁行业重视并不断深入研究。

Objective:To determine the suitable packages and storage conditions of Saposhnikovia divaricate slices,and provide reference for quality maintenance of slices.Methods:Samples were sealed package by polyethylene-plastic bag(represent as″S″),Aluminum-plastic composite bag(represent as″L″)and Kraft paper bag with PE liner(represent as″N″)in vacuum and non-vacuum ways,respectively.Then they were reposited in a cool temperature and humidity&temperature controlled environment.And the influences duration of storage were investigated.Changes of character,moisture,the total of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside and extract were termly determined.Results:It′s represented that different storage conditions and packaging had different effects on the quality of S.divaricate slices.In terms of storage conditions,S.divaricate slices should be placed in a cool and dry place.As for packaging,no-vacuum way is better than vacuum way.And S、L and N are fit for S.divaricate slices,especially L is best.Conclusions:The quality of S.divaricate slices is greatly affected by temperature and humidity and is strictly storage in a cool condition.The best package way is L and the shelf life is tentatively set at 1 year.In addition,great importance was attached for packaging and storage in industry and some suggestions on future development direction was put forward.
