针刀疗法治疗早中期股骨头坏死临床研究进展

Treating early and middle stage osteonecrosis of the femoral headwithneedle-knife: A review

股骨头坏死(ONFH)是骨伤科难治性疾病,发病率逐渐增高,常由于未及时干预,导致股骨头塌陷,最终引起髋关节疼痛,活动困难。目前股骨头坏死塌陷后的保髋治疗得到大家的重视,但众多保髋措施在疗效、适应证等方面存在争议,针刀疗法是一种风险低、创伤小、出血少及疗程短的保髋疗法。本文针对针刀疗法治疗股骨头坏死的相关文献进行综述,总结临床以针刀为主的治疗股骨头坏死的方法,并对其研究前景进行展望。

Objective Osteonecrosis of the femoral headis a refractory disease of orthopedics withgradually increasedincidence.Delayed intervention may results into the femoral head collapses,eventually causing hip pain and difficulty in activities.At present,preserved treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head after the occurrence of collapsedosteonecrosis of the femoral head has received great attention,but the therapeutic effectsand indications are controversial.This review summarizedrelevantliteratures on needle-knife therapy whichis atreatment for o steonecrosis of the femoral head with low risk,small trauma,less bleeding,and shorter treatment course.as well as theprospects of the treatment.
