细胞纠缠假说的临床意义

摘要 细胞纠缠假说认为,当一个细胞发生恶性转化时,人体内多个纠缠细胞同时发生转化并形成肿瘤,即细胞行为可以通过控制临近细胞而相互影响。细胞纠缠假说将改变经典的肿瘤起源理论。根据细胞纠缠假说,肿瘤的发生是同时、全身和匀质的;肿瘤的治疗反应呈“有或无”。这些观点既是细胞纠缠假说推延的结论,又与新的研究结果相符合,有重要的临床意义。 Cell entanglement allows for the transfer of unknown states from a cell to a spatially distant cell,provided that the two cells share an entangled state.Cell entanglement hypotheses will alter classical opinions of tumorigenesis.The origin of tumor is simultaneous,whole and homogeneity,and responses of treatment is"to be or not to be".These opinions are conclusion of cell entanglement hypotheses,and will also provide important clinical implications.
