新工科背景下翻转课堂教学模式在食品专业课程中的探索研究

On the Teaching Mode of Food Science Courses in Flipped Classroom in the Light of New Engineering Disciplines

新工科背景下,推动了我国新时期各类人才培养模式变革,翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式逐渐被应用到各学科。分析《食品质量检验技术》课程教改的必要性,为摆脱传统教学模式的局限性,利用网络教学平台软件结合课程特点,构建该课程的翻转课堂教学模式和学习效果评价体系。

The Enforcement of New Engineering Disciplines has promoted the reform of all kinds of talent training modes in the new era of China.Flipped classroom as a new teaching mode has been gradually applied to various disciplines.This paper analyzes the necessity of teaching reform for the food quality inspection technology course.In order to break the limitations of traditional teaching mode,we use the network platform software combined with the characteristics of the subject to build up the flipped classroom of the course,and establish the evaluation system to check the learning effect of the flipped classroom.
