摘要 为优化自由基法生产聚异丁烯丁二酸酐的烃化工艺条件,采用正交实验法研究了引发剂加入量、滴加时间、烃化时间、烃化温度四个烃化工艺条件对皂化值的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:滴加时间2 h、烃化时间4 h、烃化温度155℃,引发剂加入量2%。在最佳工艺条件下其产物皂化值为48.850 mgKOH/g,较原工艺增加了29.06%,游离酐为0.223%,降低了77.24%,可以显著提高皂化值,降低游离酐。 In order to optimize the alkylation conditions of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride by free radical method,the effects of initiator dosage,dropping time,alkylation time and alkylation temperature on the saponification value of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were 2h of dropping time,4 h of hydrocarbonization time,155℃hydrocarbonization temperature and 2%initiator addition.The saponification value of the product was 48.850 mgKOH/g under the optimum conditions.The original process increased by 29.06%,the free anhydride was 0.223%,and the reduction was 77.24%.Under the optimal process conditions,the saponification value could be significantly increased and the free anhydride was reduced.
