摘要
以五大连池火山矿泥为原料,通过热改性法,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同温度条件下改性矿泥进行微观形貌探究。经过对比分析,结果显示,在400℃改性条件下,矿泥具有孔大小均匀、孔隙较多的特点,此时能有效去除矿泥表面吸附水、层间水及矿物结构孔道间的杂质,且保持了结构骨架的完整。
In this paper, wudalianchi volcano volcanic mud was used as raw material to study the microstructure of modified slime under different temperature conditions by means of thermal modification method and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results of comparative analysis show that under the condition of modification at 400℃, the volcanic mud has uniform pore size and more pores. At this time, the adsorbed water on the surface of the slime, interlayer water and impurities between the pores of the mineral structure are effectively removed, and the integrity of the structure skeleton is maintained.
