综合护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

探讨综合护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用。选择2018年3月2019年4月哈尔滨市朝鲜民族医院收治的68例60岁以上的慢性支气管炎患者根据护理方式将其分为对照组30例、综合护理组38例。对照组根据支气管患者的病情采用常规护理干预,综合护理组在对照组的基础上增加综合护理干预,对比两组的生活质量与不良反应。综合护理组咳嗽、咳痰及喘息症状改善时间(4.03±1.53)d、住院时间(8.62±1.69)d显著少于对照组(5.63±1.42)d、(11.56±2.03)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入院时生活质量评分显著少于出院时,且综合护理组出院时的生活质量评分(87.03±10.97)分显著高于对照组(75.36±8.65)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年慢性支气管炎患者临床护理中积极实施综合性干预,可有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者早日康复,提升其生活质量。

To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.From March 2018 to April 2019,68 patients with chronic bronchitis over 60 years old were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and comprehensive care group(38 cases).According to the condition of the patients in the control group,the routine nursing intervention was adopted.The comprehensive nursing group increased the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the quality of life and adverse reactions of two groups.The improvement time(4.03±1.53)d and hospitalization time(8.62±1.69)d of cough,expectoration and wheezing symptoms in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(5.63±1.42)d,(11.56±2.03)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in two groups was significantly lower than that in the discharge,and the score of quality of life in the comprehensive nursing group(87.03±10.97)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.36±8.65),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,comprehensive intervention can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,promote their early recovery and improve their quality of life.
