摘要 影响燃气管道施工焊接质量的具体因素主要包括焊接技术、焊接工艺、焊接管理、焊接材料。焊接技术较为落后,缺乏先进性,至使焊接技术人员无法保质保量地完成燃气管道的连接工作。在燃气管道焊接过程中往往出现管道焊接处气密性不足的问题。焊接工艺设置与其他施工工艺呈现出不协调的发展状态,会影响到燃气管道的后期使用,还会引发燃气泄露事故。施工企业在燃气管道焊接施工过程中缺乏一个完善的管理机制,以至于在焊接和焊接处的检测过程中出现各种误差。提出了提升燃气管道焊接质量的有效措施,如对焊接管道进行提前观察,对焊接过程进行管理规划,做好焊后细节处理,对焊接材料进行质量把控,做好人员管理工作。 The specific factors affecting the welding quality of gas pipeline construction mainly include welding technology,welding process,welding management and welding materials.Welding technology is relatively backward and lacks advanced nature,so that welding technicians can not finish the connection of gas pipelines with quality and quantity.There will be insufficient gas tightness in the gas pipeline welding process.The welding process setting and other construction processes present an uncoordinated state of development,which will affect the later use of gas pipeline and cause gas leakage accident.Construction enterprises lack a perfect management mechanism in the process of gas pipeline welding construction,so that there are various errors in the process of welding and welding inspection.The effective measures to improve welding quality of gas pipeline are put forward,such as observing welding pipeline in advance,planning welding process management,handling details after welding,controlling quality of welding materials,and managing the personnel.
