森林资源保护工作指的是有关部门采取有效的措施保护和维护森林资源的安全稳定发展,包括植树造林、禁止滥砍滥伐、预防森林火灾发生等工作。新时代的森林资源保护工作水平不断提高,但是在具体细节上还存在一定不足,需要进一步完善森林保护相关法律法规,采用先进科学技术,充分调动社会力量积极参与。同时也要重视预防森林火灾,严格控制林区火源,严格落实森林防火责任制度。要完善林区野外用火制度,有效地规范农业、牧业、林业用火。要按照火灾的严重程度划分防火责任的归属,将火灾产生的原因与防火责任挂钩,将火灾产生的最终损失与护林员、组长、林场负责人、林业局相关负责人的工作绩效挂钩。

The protection of forest resources refers to the effective measures taken by the relevant departments to protect and maintain the safe and stable development of forest resources,including afforestation,prohibition of deforestation,prevention of forest fires,etc.In the new era,the level of forest resources protection is constantly improving,but there are still some deficiencies in specific details.We need to further improve relevant laws and regulations of forest protection,adopt advanced science and technology,and fully mobilize social forces to actively participate.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the prevention of forest fires,strictly control fire sources in forest areas,and strictly implement the forest fire prevention responsibility system.We need to improve the system of using fire in the forest area,and effectively regulate the use of fire in agriculture,animal husbandry and forestry.The responsibility of fire prevention should be divided according to the severity of the fire,the cause of the fire should be linked with the responsibility of fire prevention,and the final loss caused by the fire should be linked with the work performance of forest rangers,team leaders,forest farm principals and relevant principals of the forestry bureau.
