食品机械中常见的腐蚀现象包括全面腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、点蚀、应力腐蚀、腐蚀疲劳,并在选材方面、机械表面处理方面、机械结构设计方面提出食品加工机械的防腐措施,以确保食品安全。
The common corrosion phenomena in food machinery includes overall corrosion, galvanic corrosion, crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion, stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue, are described in detail. The anticorrosion measures for food processing machinery are proposed in terms of material selection, mechanical surface treatment and mechanical structure design to ensure food safety.
