摘要 高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。当前在辅导员的主体性发展中还存在身份迷失、职业信念缺失及专业化发展内驱力不足等问题。面对这些问题要采取辅导员身份、职业信念重塑及专业化建设等方式探索束缚辅导员主体性发展的新途径,促进辅导员主体性的不断发展。 College counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political work on college students.Starting from the philosophical explanation of the development of subjectivity,the lack of subjectivity development of counselors is analyzed in this paper.It is found that there are problems in the subjective development of counselors,such as the loss of identity of counselors,lack in professional beliefs and the lack of internal drive for professional development.By adopting the methods of counselor’s identity,professional belief and professional remodeling,we can solve the problems that restrict the subjectivity development of counselors so as to promote the continuous development of counselor’s subjectivity.
