低能耗建筑预制墙体洞口热桥传热模拟分析 被引量:2

Simulation analysis of heat bridge of prefabricated wall hole in passive ultra-low energy building

摘要 针对装配式超低能耗钢结构住宅复合保温墙板的构造特点,对墙体外保温常用的两种保温材料进行热工计算,按照河北省《被动式低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》要求,确定了石墨聚苯板为具有更好性能的保温材料。利用有限元分析软件,对窗洞口处的热桥进行了传热模拟分析,研究了不同墙体构造,不同窗框安装方式时4种不同情况下的外窗洞口处墙体内表面温度,墙体热流密度,在此基础上分析了热桥的影响因素及降低热桥的有效方法。 According to the structural characteristics of composite insulation wallboard of assembled ultra-low-energy steel structure residential buildings, several kinds of insulation materials commonly used for insulation outside walls are calculated.According to Hebei province "passive ultra-low energy consumption residential building energy-saving design standards" requirements, determine the graphite polystyrene board as a better performance insulation material. Finite element analysis software was used to simulate the three-dimensional heat transfer of the heat bridge at the connection between the wall and the window at the window hole.The inner surface temperature and heat flux density of the wall at the hole of the outer window are studied under four different conditions, including different wall structures and different window frame installation methods.The influencing factors of thermal bridge and the effective methods to reduce thermal bridge has been analyzed.
