摘要
对锅炉燃烧系统进行分析,提出一种基于模糊算法的锅炉燃烧主汽压力调节策略,采取风/煤比自寻优方式,对锅炉燃烧进行补充调整,进而提高锅炉热效率。通过建立数学模型,对某电厂300 MW机组进行动态仿真分析,程序的编写是在MATLAB R2009b和Libsvm-2.93工具包上完成的。仿真结果表明,与传统的PID调节方式相比,采取基于模糊算法的炉膛燃烧控制策略具有较强的鲁棒性与控制精度,具有十分重要的现实意义。
In this paper, the boiler combustion system is analyzed, and a main steam pressure regulation strategy based on fuzzy algorithm is proposed. The self optimization of air/coal ratio is adopted to supplement and adjust the boiler combustion, so as to improve the boiler thermal efficiency. Through the establishment of mathematical model, the dynamic simulation analysis of 300 MW unit in a power plant is carried out. The program is written in MATLAB R2009 b and Libsvm-2.93 tool kit. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control method, the furnace combustion control strategy based on fuzzy algorithm has strong robustness and control accuracy, which is of great practical significance.
