传承陈靖姑信仰文化具有重要意义,传承现状表现为:整合信息资源;整合相关组织的功能;政府部门强化对相关主体的领导和引导。传承过程中的问题主要是:存在行政化和碎片化问题;资源碎片化,资源整合力度有待强化;专业人才短缺。这些问题的成因主要是:治理理念碎片化,治理结构复杂化,民众需求多样化,以及民众的参与意识淡薄。陈靖姑信仰文化的传承途径有:整合现有治理结构,推进多元主体协同治理;切实了解民众的需求并加以满足;有效整合及共享陈靖姑信仰文化资源。
