摘要 海洋工程混凝土用高耐蚀性合金带肋钢筋是针对严酷的海洋使用环境开发的新型钢筋,具有适用于海洋复杂腐蚀环境、综合力学性能优异、性价比较高的特点,满足海洋工程混凝土结构耐久性设计要求,满足我国节约资源、减少消耗和可持续发展的需要。我公司在继成功开发该类新品的基础上,主导制定国家标准,填补国内高耐蚀性合金钢筋相关标准的空白。本文介绍了标准的制定背景、国内外相关标准研究、标准的核心内容与实施要点等内容。通过标准解读,促进对标准的理解,强化标准的实施。对于提升我国钢筋产品在全球的竞争力,促进钢铁行业的产話升级和技术进步,具有广泛的应用前景。 The high corrosion resistance alloy rebars for the reinforcement of marine concrete is a new type of steel bar developed for the harsh marine environment.Has the characteristics of being applicable to the complex corrosion environment of the ocean,the comprehensive mechanical property is excellent,the cost performance is high,the durability design requirement of the marine engineering concrete structure is met,and the requirements of saving resources,reducing consumption and sustainable development in China are met.On the basis of the successful development of the new products,our company will led to the development of the national standard to fill the blank of the relevant standard of the high corrosion resistance alloy steel bars in China.This paper introduces the background of the standard development,the core contents and the key points of the standard and the research of the relevant standard here and abroad.Through the standard interpretation,promote the understanding of the standard and strengthen the implementation of the standard.It has a wide application prospect for the promotion of the competitiveness of the steel products in the world,the promotion of the products and the technological progress of the steel industry.
