某钢厂2019年烧结固体燃耗居高不下,一季度烧结固体燃耗平均值:66.39 kg/t,远高于全国平均水平(全国平均水平58 kg/t),为改善烧结指标,降低烧结固体燃耗,降低公司烧结成本,从优化配矿结构、控制合适的混合料水份、降低烧结矿FeO含量等方面进行了研究。
