套筒石灰窑燃烧嘴材质及形状优化

摘要 一般套筒石灰窑烧嘴采用的镁质耐火砖,在使用一年多的时间内,容易发生断裂问题,使得烧嘴砖的使用寿命与窑体寿命不同步,本文针对国内所用套筒窑燃烧嘴易断裂的现象,分析其成因;并根据石灰窑燉烧带燃烧工艺、内衬耐材的结构等重新研究出适合套筒窑燃烧嘴材质和形状,实践表明,新的烧嘴砖的使用寿命与窑体寿命得到同步。 The magnesia refractory brick used in the burner of the general sleeve lime kiln is easy to break in more than one year,which makes the service life of the burner brick out of sync with the life of the kiln body.This paper analyzes the causes of the fracture of the burner of the sleeve kiln used in China,and re studies the suitable sleeve according to the combustion process of the calcining belt of the lime kiln and the structure of the lining refractory The material and shape of the burner in the kiln show that the service life of the new burner brick is synchronous with that of the kiln body.
