2007-2016年我国24所中医药院校SCI论文产出的计量学研究

Study on the Output of SCI Papers of China’s TCM College and Universities based on Bibliometrics from 2007 to 2016

目的:对我国24所中医药院校SCI论文产出进行计量学分析,为学科建设提供参考。方法:通过Python软件对SCI论文进行数据提取,利用R语言(3.3)软件对数据进行统计分析,结合InCites数据库指标综合评价。结果:24所中医药院校SCI发文数量较多,研究热点以攻克医学疑难病种为主,出现了具有学术带头人的科研团队,K均值聚类结果分析出上海中医药大学、北京中医药大学、南京中医药大学和广州中医药大学为第一梯队院校。但是论文存在被引频次较低、JCR分区较弱、高质量论文数量较少等突出问题。结论:论文数量稳步增长,中医药环境有所转变;院校发展存在差距,学科发展不均衡;期刊质量有待提髙,创新意识需要加强;应加强合作,以发表高影响因子论文。

Objective:To conduct a bibliometric analysis of SCI papers published in 24 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities in china,and to provide reference for discipline construction and development.Methods:The data of SCI papers were extracted by Python software,and the data was statistically analyzed by R software,combined with the comprehensive evaluation of InCites database indicators.Results:The number of SCI papers issued by 24 TCM colleges and universities was huge.The research hotspots mainly focused on solving difficult medical diseases,and the scientific research team of academic leaders with administrative positions appeared.The K-means clustering results analyzed the colleges with Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the first echelon.However,the paper had outstanding problems such as lower citation frequency,weak JCR partition,and small number of high-quality papers.Conclusion:The number of papers has been steadily increasing,the TCM evionment has charged,there are gaps in the development of different universities,and the development of disciplines is uneven,the quality of joumat needs to be improved,and the innovation awareness needs to be strengthened;Strengthening cooperation is conductive to pubishing high-impact factor papers.
