大连市空巢家庭妇女生命质量现状研究

Research on Status Quo of Quality of Life of the Empty Nest Family Women in Dalian

目的:分析大连市空巢家庭妇女生命质量现状。方法:运用EQ-5D量表对抽取的500名城乡空巢家庭妇女进行生命质量评价。结果:EQ-5D量表结果中“行动能力”存在困难所占比例髙于其他维度。年龄高、无吸烟习惯、患慢病以及文化程度中低的空巢家庭妇女EQ-5D指数和EQ-VAS得分均低于年龄低、有吸烟习惯、未患慢病及文化程度高的妇女,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城市空巢家庭妇女EQ-5D指数和EQ-VAS得分均高于农村,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大连市空巢家庭妇女生命质量整体较低;年龄、文化程度、吸烟及患慢病情况影响空巢家庭妇女的生命质量;城市空巢家庭妇女生命质量高于农村。

Objective:To investigate the quality of life of the empty nest family women in Dalian.Methods:The EQ-5D scale was employed to investigate 500 empty nest urban and rural family women.Results:The proportion of uaction abilityn in the EQ-5D scale was higher than other dimensions.The EQ-5D and EQ-VAS scores of women with older age,no smoking habits,chronic illness and low education were lower than those women with younger age,smoking habits,no chronic illness and high education,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The EQ-5D index and EQ-VAS scores of urban empty nest family women were higher than those in rural areas,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of the empty nest family women in Dalian is relatively low.Age,education level,smoking status and chronic illness status influence the quality of life of empty nest family women.The quality of life of empty nest family women in urban is higher than that of in rural areas.
