摘要 探索健康医疗大数据背景下,创新型医学信息分析人才科研能力的连续性培养模式,为智慧健康诊疗服务体系建设提供人力资源储备。研究以加快创新型医学信息分析人才培养速率为目标,依据学术生态系统的运行机制和科研能力的构成要素,从学术知识、学术环境和学术主体三个视角,梳理医学信息分析人才本科、硕士、博士各阶段的课程体系设计、管理体系构建和激励机制,最后构建了创新型的科研能力培养驱动下的连续性医学信息人才培养模式。 To explore the continuous training mode of innovative medical information analysis talents'scientific research ability based on the background of health and medical big data,and to provide human resources reserves for the construction of smart health diagnosis and treatment service system.The research aims to accelerate the training rate of innovative medical information nalysis talents.Based on the operational mechanism of the academic ecosystem and the components of scientific research capabilities,from three perspectives of academic knowledge,academic environment and academic subject,the study analyzed the curriculum system design,management system construction and incentive mechanism of medical information analysis talentsz undergraduate,master and doctoral stages.This research constructed a continuous training model of medical information talents driven by innovative research capacity training.
