摘要 目的:构建全科医生岗位胜任力模型,指导现阶段全科医生的培养与考核。方法:通过文献检索、专家访谈设计调查问卷,对武汉市195名完成全科医生转岗培训的学员进行问卷调查,经因子分析,提取胜任力条目构建模型。结果:模型有5个一级指标,23个二级指标。一级指标包括以患者为中心、职业素养、团队协作、解决问题、学习能力,模型的信度和效度良好,能反应现阶段全科医生岗位胜任力的要素。结论:本研究的调查对象相对于既往研究有明显优势,可反映全科医生真实情况。现阶段,社会对全科医生的综合能力提出了更高层次的要求,“以患者为中心”已经成为全科医生岗位胜任力要素之一。 Objective:To construct the post competency model of general practitioners'and to guide the training and assessment of general practitioners at this stage.Methods:A questionnaire was constructed through literature retrieval and expert interviews.A total of 195 trainees who completed the general practitioner transfer training in Wuhan were investigated,and the competency items were extracted and a model was constructed through factor analysis.Results:The model had 5 primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators.The primary indicators were patient-centered,professional accomplishment,team cooperation,problem solving and learning ability.The model had good reliability and validity,and could reflect the elements of general practitioner's post competency at this stage.Conclusion:Compared with previous studies,the respondents in this paper have obvious advantages,which can reflect the real situation of general practitioners.At the present stage,the whole society has higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of general practitioners,"patient-centered"has become one of the post competency elements of general practitioners.
