带式输送机是选煤厂最常见的物料运输设备,具有运输距离长、拉运量大、连续运输的特点。为了实现带式输送机的高效连续运输,减少事故时间,提高设备可靠性,降低岗位劳动强度,实现自动化控制,邯郸洗选厂针对带式输送机跑偏问题引进了JHY柔性校正器,通过结合现场情况的安装改造试验,对胶带自动调偏进行了研究,结果表明JHY柔性校正器自动调偏效果显著。

Belt conveyor is commonly-used material handling equipment in coal preparation plant.Which has the special features of being able to continuously carry out long-distance transportation of materials with a high capacity.For ensuring the belt conveyor can operate continuously in a highly efficient and reliable manner with reduced down time and labor intensity,and bringing it under automatic control,the JHY flexible corrector capable of making automatic correction of mistracking of belt is developed.As evidenced by study and test on the renovated corrector installed on site,the corrector can work remarkably well.
