离心脱水机产生晃动的原因及改进措施

摘要 针对选煤厂离心脱水机运行时的晃动问题,在分析导致其产生晃动的原因基础上,通过调整固定筛筛缝和弧形筛安装角度,对脱介筛喷水进行优化等措施,不仅有效解决了离心脱水机晃动的问题,且提高了脱水效率及生产的安全性。 Based on the result of analysis of the factors causing the wobbling of the plant’s dewatering centrifuge in operation, a series of countermeasures are taken, such as readjustment of size of openings of fixed medium-draining screen and installation angle of sieve bend, and optimization of water spraying system of medium-draining screen. The adoption of the measures has led to not only elimination of wobbling of the centrifuge but also improvement of its dewatering efficiency and operating safety.
