喷煤磨制改质煤应用实践

摘要 炼铁高炉喷吹煤粉长期使用无烟精煤配加动力煤磨制,造成高炉喷吹成本高。为降低喷吹成本,寻求其它煤种代替一部分高价无烟精煤,对改质煤的化学成分、可磨性、发热值、爆炸性方面通过实验研究及工艺参数调整。在确保煤粉满足高炉喷吹安全性的前提下,用一部分低价改质煤代替高价无烟精煤,不但降低了煤粉成本,同时解决了无烟精煤资源的问题。 The anthracite coal and thermal coal grinding has been injected into the blast furnace for a long time to result in high injection cost.In order to reduce the injection cost,other coal types are sought to replace some of the high-price anthracite coal.The chemical composition,grindability,calorific value and explosiveness of the modified coal are experimentally studied and the process parameters are adjusted.Under the precondition of ensuring that the coal meets the injection safety of the blast furnace,replacing high-price anthracite coal with a part of lowcost modified coal not only reduces the coal cost,but also solves the problem of anthracite coal resources.
