摘要
热连轧带钢的厚度精度控制是基础自动化系统最重要的功能之一,本文通过介绍HGC系统硬件,控制系统及原理,结合曾经发生的事故案例,分析说明HGC系统常见故障的解决方案。
The thickness precision control of hot rolling strip is one of the most important functions of Basic automation system.By introducing the hardware,control system and princilple of HGC system,combining the accident cases that have occurred,the solutions for the common faults of HGC system are analyzed.
