金相及电镜能谱法评测304铸坯夹杂物

摘要 本文介绍一种通过金相显微镜和电镜能谱相结合的方法评测铸坯夹杂物,该方法可准确、快速评价连铸钢坯(球拍样)中夹杂物的大小、数量、分布以及类型,可为提高铸坯质量提供科学的技术依据。 The method evaluating the inclusions in the slab by a combination of metallographic microscopy and electron microscopic energy spectrum is introduced in the article.The method can evaluate accurately and quickly the size,quantity,distribution and type of inclusions in the slab(racquet samples)to provide a scientific and technical basis for improving the quality of slab.
