69份薄皮甜瓜材料的多样性及亲缘关系 被引量:6

Study on the diversity and genetic relationship of sixty-nine accessions of Cucumis melo sp. conomon

摘要 为了更深入地了解不同薄皮甜瓜材料间的相互关系,采用多样性指数、变异系数及分子标记等方法,对69份薄皮甜瓜材料的18个田间性状及SSR分子标记数据进行分析。结果发现,描述型性状多样性指数范围为0.076~1.332,平均值为0.847,其中最高的是种子颜色,为1.332,最低的是果皮斑点,为0.076;数字型性状变异系数范围从最低的果实横径10.56%到最高的单果质量34.11%,平均值为23.88%;多样性指数范围为6.03~6.10,平均值为6.07,最高的是果实横径。所有数字型性状多样性指数均高于描述型性状。综合分析可知,供试材料由于收集和选育原因多为果肉较厚的长果形材料;田间性状及分子标记分别聚类分析后发现2种方法分别从不同角度对材料进行描述,只有充分结合2者的结果,才能最大可能地选择出强优组合。 In order to better understand the interrelationship between different oriental melon materials,we used 18 diversity traits,coefficient of variation and molecular markers to make 18 field traits of 69 oriental melon from Fengle Seeds Company.The results showed that the description index of the traits diversity range 0.076-1.332,the average value was 0.847,the highest was the seed color 1.332,the lowest was the peel spot 0.076,the numerical trait variation coefficient ranged from the lowest fruit transverse diameter 10.56%to the highest single fruit weight 34.11%,with an average of 23.88%,the diversity index 6.03-6.10,the average value of 6.07,the highest is the fruit transverse diameter,and all the digital trait diversity indices are higher than the descriptive traits.The results showed that the test material was due to the large length of the long fruit profile,the field traits and molecular markers were clustered and analyzed,and the two methods were used to describe the materials from different aspects.Application of both methods can most likely choose the strongest combination.
