Process mineralogy of a copper-containing iron tailing of Yunnan province

摘要 云南某含铜铁尾矿资源储量大,为实现该资源的二次利用,对该尾矿进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,尾矿中铜品位为0.15%,铁品位为15.54%,主要金属铜矿物为黄铜矿,占铜总量的66.67%。铁矿物主要以硅酸铁和菱铁矿为主,磁铁矿含量占6.71%,脉石矿物中主要成分为SiO2和Al2O3,含量分别为33.42%和7.66%。矿石的结构呈半自型晶结构。矿物嵌布粒度比较均匀,粒径5~50μm。目的矿物单体解离度约为80%,如何实现黄铜矿和磁铁矿的有效回收对该资源的开发利用具有重要的实践意义。 There is a large reserve of copper-bearing iron tailing in Yunnan province.In order to realize the secondary utilization of this resource,the technological mineralogy of the tailings was studied.The results show that the copper grade in tailings is 0.15%and iron grade is 15.54%.The main copper mineral is chalcopyrite,which accounts for 66.67%of the total copper,while the iron ore is mainly ferrosilicate and siderite and the content of magnetite is 6.71%.The main components of gangue minerals are SiO2 and Al2O3,and their contents are 33.42%and 7.66%respectively.The structure of ore is semi-automorphic crystal structure,and the particle size of minerals is relatively uniform,ranging from 5μm to 50μm.The dissociation degree of target minerals is about 80%.Hence,effective recovery of chalcopyrite and magnetite is of a great practical significance for the development and utilization of this resource.
