摘要 目的:系统评价翻转课堂教学方法与传统教学方法对免疫学教学效果的影响。方法:全面检索PubMed、CNKI、万方医药期刊数据库和维普中文科技期刊全文数据库,收集翻转课堂教学法对免疫学教学影响的随机对照试验,检索时限均从建库至2019年1月。对纳入文献进行发表偏倚风险和质量评估,采用Stata15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:结果共纳入10篇随机对照试验,共1 497位学生。结果:Meta分析结果显示,翻转课堂教学方法对学生的期末成绩[WMD=8.242,95%CI(3.902,12.583),P=0.000]、期末成绩优秀率[RR=2.364,95%CI(1.261,4.432),P=0.007]均显著高于常规教学组。结论:翻转课堂的教学效果优于普通教学法。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching and traditional teaching in Immunology.Methods: Reports of randomized controlled trials(RCT) were collected from databases.The retrieval time is from the database construction to January 2019.Meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15.0 software.A total of 10 articles 1 497 students were chosen after screening,publication of bias risk and quality assessments were carried out through the method of Meta-analysis.Results: Meta-analysis results showed that:the final grade of flipped classroom group[WMD=8.242,95%CI(3.902,12.583),P=0.000] and the excellent rate of flipped classroom group[RR=2.364, 95%CI(1.261,4.432),P=0.007] were significantly higher than the conventional teaching group.Conclusion: The flipped classroom teaching method is better than traditional teaching method.
