金属屋面丙烯酸高弹防水涂料酸处理强度保持率的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 金属屋面丙烯酸防水涂料由于常年暴露在空气中且经常受到酸雨的冲刷,容易出现酸雨浸泡后强度严重下降的情况。本文分别研究了填料种类、氧化锌掺量和聚合物乳液掺量对金属屋面丙烯酸防水涂膜经过酸处理后拉伸强度保持率的影响。结果表明:填料选用沉淀硫酸钡和煅烧高岭土,氧化锌掺量为2%,乳液掺量为40%时,制得的涂料酸处理强度保持率最佳。 Acrylic waterproofing coating for metal roof is exposed to the air all the year round, and its strength decreases severely after being washed away by acid rain. In this paper, the effects of filler type, zinc oxide addition amount and polymer emulsion addition amount on the tensile strength retention after acid treatment of metal roofing acrylic waterproofing coating are studied. Results show when barium sulfate and kaolin are selected, the addition amount of zinc oxide is 2% and the addition amount of polymer emulsion is 40%, the tensile strength of the coating retention after acid treatment is the best.
