摘要 燃气导热油锅炉在沥青卷材生产中普遍应用,随着国家环保管控标准及要求的提高,各地形成了燃气导热油锅炉进行低氮排放改造的"热潮"。在此,从NO_x的生成机理出发,介绍了燃气导热油锅炉实现低氮燃烧改造的常用措施,同时介绍了改造过程中热能回收利用的方案。 Gas heat-conducting oil boiler is widely used in the production of asphalt membranes. But with the improvement of national environmental protection control standards and requirements, a "hot wave" of low-nitrogen emission transformation of gas heat-conducting oil boilers has been formed in various places. Starting from the formation mechanism of NO_x, this article introduces common measures for low-nitrogen combustion retrofit of gas heat-conducting oil boilers, as well as the scheme of heat energy recovery and utilization during the retrofit process.
